We’ll contact you approximately two weeks ahead of the projected delivery date to confirm delivery and installation date and time. The next payment of 40% of your project cost is due upon delivery. (If your own contractor is doing the installation the final 50% balance less the prepaid design fee is due at this time.) After all work is completed, the final 10% balance less the prepaid design fee amount is due.
