Our History

Curtis Cabinetry was founded by Edward Curtis in 1987. After working as a licensed general contractor remodeling homes, he opened a workshop in Middleton, MA and turned his focus to building custom kitchen cabinets. Ed’s combined background as a general contractor and skilled cabinetmaker gives him the ability to design with real-world knowledge of construction costs and challenges.  Our success is due to our crew of dedicated and experienced cabinetmakers, installers, designers and shop workers.

By May 2016, our company outgrew our location in Middleton.  We moved to Georgetown to our completely renovated 12,000 square foot building allowing for a very efficient workshop. Even more exciting, our large showroom with over 3,000 square feet of custom cabinet displays enables customers to view our products and discover the perfect fit for their home.

Curtis Cabinetry has had the privilege of building custom cabinets for hundreds of homeowners all over the North Shore and Boston areas. We are thrilled when past customers return to us with their next home improvement project.  Likewise, we are pleased when they refer their friends and family to us. Customer satisfaction is important to us as satisfied customers are our best salespeople!
